- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Exactly what you would expect from a Government -run agency. Phone number, when not busy, goes to a recorded message listing office hours, and an 800 number to call for any other questions. Impossible to speak to a person and find out what the problem is. Claim to have attempted delivery and left a notice of failed delivery, not once, but twice. No notice was left on either occasion. Typical ineffectiveness and incompetence. Will never again make the mistake of purchasing anything that requires shipment by USPS.By Brian Jennings, August 01, 2017
